Tube Mill Entry Lines
Tube Mill Entry Lines are used for producing carbon steel tubes by applying high frequency induction or butt welding technology. Mechanism of these production systems include cold forming of metal strip in circular shape. As part of the operation of these equipments, strip coil is passed towards decoiling section where stripping and leveling are executed. Procedures like HF welding, roll forming, cooling, outside deburring and straightening are adopted to maintain precision of produced carbon steel pipes. High output, energy efficient operation, low noise generation, high structural strength and long working life are the key characteristics of these Tube Mill Entry Lines.
